Welcome to the Flintknapping and Primitive Technology Subscription Service of Phoenix Obsidian Designs. Within this area of the website are various essays on these subjects along with a flintknapping tutorial and a members only message board. A direct line to Dr. "Arizona" is available through these pages for real-time messaging scheduled approximately once a week. An extensive flintknapping dictionary (larger than available to the general public), the DVD-companion curriculum, text of certain educational materials (subscribers have reproduction rights), and other such items are posted and available for downloading from here. Eventually the DVD "Gone Knapping" will be available through this subscription service as well. Certain educational and flintknapping supplies are available at discounted rates only to members through these pages. This portion of the Phoenix Obsidian Designs Website can only be accessed by purchasing a subscription (yearly and monthly rates available) and obtaining a password. Institutional and Group rates are also available.
